Succesful digital strategies

The last part of our class involves looking at an interesting analysis of digital strategies written by Larry Downes and Chuka Mui in their book entitled Unleashing the Killer App. You can find more about their ideas at their website.

This year's theme: Interdependence and interconnectivity

This year we are especially looking at the role of interdependence and interconnectivity in the success of any e-based activity or enterprise. You will consistently find a high level of this in every successful website, and the highest levels in the most succesful sites. Allowing others to participate in your site is a measure of its success. Lack of boundaries is an advantage not a disadvantage. Stephanie found an interesting example of collective journalism at AgoraVox a site that allows citizens to become journalists.
